If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the products.
Use this form for the return of the goods
You have the right to return any products purchased from our online store within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Any returns after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
You need to send the products and need to pay for the return costs. The return costs should be standard shipping (not premium or express). Once we accept your return, we'll send you the return costs of shipping.
We strongly advise you to save the tracking/parcel number and receipt of submission in case it might be needed at a later stage.

In case the packaging and the products are complete (including the original packaging) and have no damage and visible signs of use, the aforementioned limit of 14 days is extended to 30 days from the day of delivery by us.
Due to the nature of perishable goods (beverages), these products cannot be returned once they were opened, used, or show any visible signs of use. This, of course, doesn't apply to MERCHANDISE.
Once we accept your return, we'll issue a credit note and return the amount you've paid.
If you should receive a parcel that is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel with the following:
• pictures of the parcel outside and inside
• order number or any other information about your order
We would also recommend that you keep the box until we can give you the next instructions. In case we need a little bit more information to best make a claim with the freight company.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately by email and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage before processing the replacement or refund.
If you purchased a product as part of a promotion or special offer, the amount refunded will be the price you paid for the product. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the gift along with the product.
If special circumstances arise which prevent us from delivering on time, we may invoke force majeure. Examples of force majeure are strikes, fire, general shortage of goods, restriction of transport options due to illness, extraordinary interventions by the local authorities, cyber-attacks, IT breakdowns or our partners, or lack of transport options.
In such a situation, customers are not entitled to compensation or termination of the purchase agreement.
